August 2010: Love on 45

Can’t believe it’s already August, but here we are. As we close out the summer months, I wanted to do two things – keep the music soulful and upbeat, and find a way to use all these crunchy 45s I’ve been diggin up the past few months. So here it is – a few love songs on 45, courtesy of a few hours in the crates. A mix of recent finds and some of my favorites. For the sample heads, there’s a couple treats in here, but mostly it’s just great songs rather than fat breaks.
